If Kaselton isn't working for you, email hello@kaselton.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No form to file, no proof to send, and no completion threshold.
If you don't pass
Your access doesn't expire. If you sit the exam and don't pass, keep using Kaselton until you do, at no additional charge. There is nothing to claim and no deadline to meet.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe and typically post within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
Add-ons
Retake Insurance is no longer sold. If you bought it previously, it still resolves the way it always did, from your account page, and refunding your Kaselton purchase refunds it as well.
