If Kaselton isn't working for you, email hello@kaselton.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full, as long as you're under 30% completion of the question bank.
Why the 30% line
The guarantee is meant for people who try Kaselton and find it's not the right fit, not for using the full question bank and then asking for your money back. Once you're past 30% completion, you've gotten the core value out of the product.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe and typically post within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
Add-ons
If you refund your Kaselton purchase, any add-ons purchased with it (exam day kit, retake insurance) are refunded as well.
