Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use Kaselton. By using it, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

What you're buying

Kaselton is a one-time payment per exam cycle, not a subscription. Your purchase grants access to the question bank, AI explanations, study tools, and, for Pro, simulated exams, for the current exam attempt cycle described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Features may change or improve over time.

Not affiliated, and no guarantee of passing

Kaselton is a study tool, not a guarantee that you will pass the Florida real estate exam. Outcomes depend on your own preparation and performance. Kaselton is an independent product and is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Pearson VUE, the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC), or the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR).

Educational content, not legal advice

Kaselton questions and explanations are educational material based on Florida statutes and rules. While we work to keep the content accurate and current, we do not warrant that it is error-free or fully up to date, and it is not a substitute for the official statutes, the advice of a licensed attorney, or your pre-license course. Always verify anything that matters against the official source.

Your account

Your account is for your personal use while preparing for the exam. Keep your login credentials secure, provide accurate information, and do not share your account, share credentials, or resell or transfer access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Our content and acceptable use

The Kaselton question bank, explanations, study plans, text, design, and software are our property or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. The underlying statutes are public, but our compilation, wording, questions, and explanations are proprietary. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own exam preparation.

You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, resell, or create derivative works from our content; not to scrape, harvest, or use automated means to access or extract the question bank; and not to reverse engineer or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.

Payment and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices and what each tier includes are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. See our Refund Policy for the money-back guarantee terms.

Third-party services

Kaselton relies on third-party providers (including Stripe, Supabase, Anthropic, Resend, Vercel, and Google) to operate. Your use of Kaselton is also subject to those providers' terms where applicable. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

Kaselton is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaselton and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or exam results, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to Kaselton will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Kaselton and its operators harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe is fraudulent or abusive. You may stop using Kaselton at any time and request deletion of your data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. We will revise the date above, and continued use of Kaselton after an update means you accept the revised terms.
